As a Persian-American woman myself, I empathize with feeling overwhelmed about how to process your individual thoughts and feelings while being mindful about how others may perceive them (e.g. friends, family, society). I also understand that it is difficult to understand how to cope with life’s obstacles. My goal is to help you stop avoiding and denying your private experiences (e.g. you inner thoughts and feelings) and instead accept that they are a normal part of life and should not prevent you from living a meaningful life.
