Everybody has a story. My passion is to walk with you in yours. During our work together, my goal is to help you find your voice and empower you to embrace a life of freedom and fulfillment. I take a collaborative approach that helps you weave together your unique strengths, culture, spirituality, relationships, and experiences. There are many parts to you….parts that are forgotten, parts that you are proud of, parts that create disruption, parts that you are exploring…..let’s embrace all that you are, because this truly is YOUR journey.

Whether you are struggling with past traumas, relational issues, or internal struggles, this is a place dedicated to self-discovery, healing, validation, and acceptance. I specialize in helping individuals overcome limiting self-beliefs that lead to cycles of relational dysfunction and emotional distress. My additional trainings in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) have carved out a trauma-informed lens for working with clients of all ages. My approach in session is to help clients re-establish a sense of safety in their own mind and body and in the world.

I graduated from Liberty University with a Masters in Professional Counseling. I started my counseling work in 2020, working at a non-profit with teens and young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. I also previously had a career in Social Work where I guided kids and families through the darkness of trauma, attachment issues, major life transitions, and family struggles…..to the light on the other side.

I provide services through counseling adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. Some of my specialties include Trauma & PTSD, women’s issues, couples counseling, relational issues, parenting & family issues, adoption work, attachment issues, anxiety, grief, and depression.

In my personal life, I am riding the challenging waves of parenting my own four kids who are 9 to 16 years old. I love exploring new places, time at the beach, road trips, coffee on a porch swing, and time with my people.
