I understand how trauma can be debilitating I believe that processing trauma is a vital step towards reclaiming one’s life and finding renewed hope. Throughout my career I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering a warm and non-judgmental environment where the client feels safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I also believe that this is where the therapeutic relationship can show the client the inherent resilience and untapped potential that they have to overcome obstacles, make positive changes, and achieve personal goals. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and solution-focused interventions, tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs of each individual. My clinical experience ranges from working with severe substance abuse, antisocial behaviors, anxiety, depression, PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, family, and couples.
