Works with: Adolescents, Adults

I graduated from University of Houston in 2018 with my Master’s in Counseling and have provided individual and group therapy in a variety of settings. I have worked with university students, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and school-aged children on a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, identity issues, and trauma. I practice a humanistic, person-centered approach, aiming to be a collaborative partner to you on your journey to healing, introspection, and insight. I recognize that you are the expert in your own life and that ultimately you are the one who knows what is best for you. I will work with you to identify and utilize your strengths in moving forward and making positive change in your life.

I also have a background in utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, so I can help you identify what thoughts may be holding you back from reaching your goals and how we can work together to create some flexibility in those thoughts. Sometimes, we get stuck in thought patterns that are not so helpful to us, but it may be hard to recognize what those patterns are. I can help you untangle some of the thought patterns that are keeping you stuck so that you can create a new narrative moving forward towards your full potential.

In my free time, I love spending time outdoors with my family. I am a huge animal lover and enjoy going on hikes and going camping with my wife and two rescue dogs. I also enjoy yoga, traveling, and trying different restaurants here in Houston.
