I am a 28-year-old, Indian, female who has a passion for mental health, gaming, and delicious food. I want to get to know you and your struggles so that I can help you get past them and be happier. I work best with middle-schoolers and young adults. If you want to work on feeling unfulfilled, having a technology addiction, depression, and/or a drug or alcohol addiction I can help you make progress! I have worked with people who had a drug/alcohol addiction and a mental health problem for the past year and a half. I conducted individual sessions and group session and I enjoyed my work. I myself struggled with depression as a teenager and so I understand the difficulties of dealing with such a problem.

I graduated from UT-Austin (hook-em) with my Bachelor’s in 2015 and from UT-Tyler with my M.S. in Clinical Psychology in 2017. I use a combination of the evidence-based approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I also use Existential Therapy approaches if the client seems to gravitate in that direction.
