Brea Cooper is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and she earned her Master’s degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Motivated by faith and purpose, Brea began her counseling career in 2018 in private practice settings. She is passionate about helping teens and adults identify the source of their depression and anxiety and teaching them skills to elevate their self-esteem.
Brea hopes that the work you will do together empowers you to ultimately be able to thrive on your own. At the conclusion of your time, you will have learned how to self-evaluate and developed your own abilities in order to cope with difficult thought processes and situations with awareness, acceptance (i.e., non-judgment), and compassion. Ultimately, it is Brea’s desire to tailor a treatment plan to meet your individual needs and desire for change.
Brea values family, faith, and fitness. When not in session, she is reading, spending time with family, watching cartoons with her husband, or exercising.
