Everyone is familiar with the term “If life gives you lemons make lemonade.” That process can leave a person feeling unsettled, doubtful, or anxious.  No matter what life brings us rest assured knowing that there is a place we’re the tools to handle those situation exists.  This is why a therapeutic relationship is so valuable.  Utilizing a person centered approach which is built around the clients’ unique needs, and experiences. Along with active listening, providing guidance, fostering self-reflection, clients are able to gain insights into their lives, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion.  This helps clients to discover and embrace the best version of themselves.

I understand how trauma can be debilitating I believe that processing trauma is a vital step towards reclaiming one’s life and finding renewed hope.  Throughout my career I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering a warm and non-judgmental environment where the client feels safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I also believe that this is where the therapeutic relationship can show the client the inherent resilience and untapped potential that they have to overcome obstacles, make positive changes, and achieve personal goals. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and solution-focused interventions, tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs of each individual.  My clinical experience ranges from working with severe substance abuse, antisocial behaviors, anxiety, depression, PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, family, and couples.  I look forward to meeting you and helping you become the best version of yourself.
